IMEX Holding was founded in 1969 by the late businessman İzzet Aral under the name “Hey SEN” as a music company. This journey in arts and music began with music album production and later expanded to film and TV series production. In the 1980s, the company ventured into musical instrument manufacturing and established Turkey’s first color television factory, transforming it into a pioneer in industry and technology. By the 1990s, IMEX Holding was active in the fields of medical, energy, electrical, and technology production, achieving numerous firsts both in Turkey and globally.
Approaching the 2000s, C. Harun Aral took the helm, rapidly growing the company into one of Turkey's most prestigious production and trade conglomerates. Today, IMEX Holding is a tax and export champion recognized nationwide. From 2018 to 2022, IMEX Holding was awarded consecutive gold medals by the Turkish government and trade organizations for its tax records and export strength. In 2012, the family’s diverse companies were consolidated under the IMEX Holding brand, and today the conglomerate operates in 11 countries across sectors such as healthcare, entertainment, real estate, high technology, broadcasting, film and TV production, and hospitality, with over 5,000 employees. Led by Honorary Chairman Cemal Harun Aral, IMEX and all its subsidiaries continue to thrive with the philosophy of "Beyond the Future."

SMARTVU-DIGITAL TV PLATFORM
In the early 2000s, IMEX—then known as Telebizz Interbizz Holding—introduced the world's first interactive TV platform, RICOR ITV, in Russia, which, as of 2024, remains Russia’s top broadcaster with 39 national channels and 116 radio stations. IMEX has successfully implemented numerous projects worldwide, helping governments digitize and establish their own broadcasting networks.

Crypto Mining Data Center Design and Installation
For the past 12 years, IMEX and its subsidiaries have specialized in establishing crypto mining data centers. Today, they hold over 7500 MW of experience in installation and operation in leading crypto mining and immersion cooling systems worldwide. Supercomputing Data Centers
Starting in 2022, IMEX Holding has supported the IT sector’s rapid growth in supercomputing. By 2023 and 2024, IMEX began producing specialized products for AI-driven data centers, providing engineering, procurement, and production services to many international organizations within the group.
